• Fixed Costs Data: EMI, insurance, RTO tax, driver salary, and other fixed expenses entered by users for trip profitability calculations.
• Guarantor Service Data: If you register as a borrower seeking a guarantor or as a guarantor, we collect your name, phone number, city, state, employment type, income range, CIBIL score range, vehicle/loan preferences, and property ownership details for matching purposes.
• Empty Days Data: Number of days the truck was idle/without load before a trip — entered by users for Recovery Fare calculations.
• Balance Sheet Data: Monthly/yearly cash flow summaries auto-generated from stored trip data (inflow vs outflow).
• Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to enhance your experience and serve relevant advertisements.

2A. Trip, Vehicle & Balance Sheet Data Usage

Your trip data, vehicle data, fixed costs, and Empty Days data are used solely for providing calculation results and trip history to you. Specifically:

• Trip data (origin, destination, freight, costs, profit) is stored to provide trip history and Balance Sheet features.
• Vehicle data (brand, model, registration, GVW, mileage) is stored to enable per-vehicle trip calculations.
• Fixed costs (EMI, insurance, RTO, driver salary) are stored for accurate profitability and Balance Sheet calculations.
• Empty Days data is stored per trip calculation for Recovery Fare results.
• Balance Sheet data is auto-generated from your stored trips and is visible only to you.
• We do not share your trip, vehicle, or financial data with any third party. This data is used exclusively for your own calculations and reports within the app.

2B. Guarantor Service Data Usage

If you use the guarantor matching service (as borrower or guarantor), your data is handled as follows:

• Borrower data (name, city, state, vehicle type, loan amount, employment, CIBIL range) is used to find matching guarantors in the same area.
• Guarantor data (name, city, state, employment, income, property, max loan capacity) is used to match with suitable borrowers.
• Phone numbers are never shared directly between borrowers and guarantors. All introductions happen through the Josh Riders team.
• Your data is shared only with our internal matching team. It is not sold to third parties, banks, or NBFCs.
• Data is retained as long as you remain registered in the system. You may request deletion by emailing hellojoshriders@gmail.com.

3. Google AdSense and Advertising
