By using OnRoadCost.com, you agree to the following terms.

1. About the Service

OnRoadCost.com is an independent vehicle price information platform. We provide indicative on-road prices, EMI calculators, trip cost calculators, and loan assistance services for cars, bikes, trucks, and other vehicles in India.

2. Price Information Disclaimer

• All prices displayed are indicative estimates based on publicly available data.
• Actual on-road prices vary by state, city, dealer, vehicle variant, and time.
• We are NOT a dealer, manufacturer, or authorized reseller.
• Always confirm the exact price with an authorized dealer before purchase.
• OnRoadCost is not liable for any financial decisions made based on our estimates.

3. User Accounts

Some features (Trip Calculator, saving trips) require account creation via phone OTP verification. By creating an account you agree that:

• You provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for maintaining account security.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Guarantor & Loan Assistance — Important Terms

Our guarantor matching feature connects borrowers with potential guarantors. This is a paid service requiring a one-time non-refundable fee of ₹10,000 to register as a borrower. By submitting your details and making payment:

• You consent to being contacted by our team for matching purposes.
• No Guarantee of Results: OnRoadCost does NOT guarantee that you will find a guarantor after filling the form. Matching depends entirely on the availability and willingness of persons who have registered as guarantors to contact or assist persons looking for guarantors.
• No Obligation on Guarantors: Registered guarantors are under no obligation to agree to guarantee any loan. They may decline any request at their sole discretion.
• Payment is Non-Refundable: A one-time fee of ₹10,000 is charged for access to the platform and matching service. Regardless of whether a match is found, the payment is non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.
• We do not guarantee loan approvals, specific loan terms, or interest rates.
• Final loan terms are solely between you and the lending institution.
• OnRoadCost acts only as a facilitator/introducer and is not a party to any loan agreement.
• OnRoadCost does not verify the creditworthiness, background, or intentions of either borrowers or guarantors. Both parties must conduct their own due diligence.
• OnRoadCost is not liable for any financial loss, default, legal dispute, or damages arising from the guarantor-borrower relationship.

5. Trip Calculator & Recovery Fare

OnRoadCost provides a Trip Calculator and Recovery Fare tool for truck owners to estimate per-trip profitability and minimum freight requirements. These tools are for estimation purposes only and do not constitute financial or business advice.

• Trip Calculator results are based on user-entered data such as distance, mileage, freight, diesel price, toll, and other running costs. Accuracy depends entirely on the data you provide.
• Recovery Fare calculates the minimum freight needed to recover the cost of empty/idle days. The "Empty Days" input is user-provided and OnRoadCost does not verify its accuracy.
• Neither tool accounts for all real-world variables. Actual profitability may differ from estimates.

6. Balance Sheet

The Balance Sheet feature provides a monthly/yearly cash flow summary showing inflow (freight earned) vs outflow (diesel, toll, EMI, insurance, driver salary, etc.). This is auto-generated from your saved trip data and is not a verified or audited financial statement. It should not be used as a substitute for professional accounting.

7. Free Trial & Subscription

• Free Trial: Your first vehicle is free. You receive 3 free trip calculations. After the free limit is exhausted, a paid subscription is required to continue using calculation features.
• Subscription: Per-vehicle pricing at ₹150/vehicle/month or ₹1,500/vehicle/year. The total amount is the per-vehicle price multiplied by the number of vehicles you cover. Subscriptions auto-renew via Razorpay at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• Cancellation: You may request cancellation through the app. Cancellation requests are processed within 24 hours. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refund is provided for the remaining period.
• Auto-Renewal: By subscribing, you authorize Razorpay to charge your chosen plan amount (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.

7A. Diwali Offer (₹10) — Special Terms

OnRoadCost is running a limited-period Diwali Offer. The ₹10 is an introductory Diwali offer price for the ₹1,500/year Annual Package — not a separate low-cost plan. By paying ₹10 you expressly agree to the following:

• Access period (up to 40 days): The ₹10 payment gives you access to the Annual Package until a fixed end date of 31 October 2026. The full 40 days is available only if you join on the first day of the offer.
• Late joiners get less time: Because the access end date (31 October 2026) is fixed for everyone, anyone who joins after 22 September 2026 will get fewer than 40 days of access. You are solely responsible for any reduced access or lower usage resulting from joining late, and no refund, extension, or compensation will be given for the shorter period.
• Auto-charge on renewal: After the 40-day period, on 1 November 2026 the full Annual Package price of ₹1,500 will be automatically charged via Razorpay auto-debit to continue your subscription for one year.
• ₹10 non-refundable: The ₹10 offer payment is non-refundable at all times.
• Cancellation window (to avoid the ₹1,500 charge): To stop the ₹1,500 auto-debit, you must apply for cancellation at least 3 (three) days before the 1 November 2026 renewal (i.e., on or before 28 October 2026). Cancelling in time means ₹1,500 will not be charged.
• No refund once ₹1,500 is charged: If not cancelled within the window above, ₹1,500 is charged on 1 November 2026 and is non-refundable.
• Cancelling removes you from the offer: If you cancel, you will be removed from the Diwali Offer and forfeit any contest/quiz entry and prize eligibility. To continue later you must subscribe at the regular ₹1,500/year price.
• Skill-based contest: The Diwali quiz is a skill-based contest. An active Diwali Offer subscription is required to remain eligible.
• How the winner is selected: Participants must answer all quiz questions correctly. Among all participants who answer everything correctly, the winner is the one who completes the quiz in the least time taken, measured as the duration between starting the quiz and submitting it (both recorded by our system). In case of an exact tie on time taken, the earlier submission (by server timestamp) wins. Winning depends purely on knowledge and speed, not on chance.
• Only one winner: Only 1 (one) winner will be selected for the entire contest.
• One entry per person: Each participant is allowed only one entry. This limit is per person, not per mobile number or account — if the same individual uses different mobile numbers or multiple accounts, all such entries will still be treated as one single person / one entry. OnRoadCost may, at its sole discretion, disqualify any or all duplicate or multiple entries made by the same individual (identified by name, device, payment details, or any other reasonable means). Additional or repeat attempts will not be counted.
• Decision is final and binding: The winner is determined solely from OnRoadCost's own system records (answers, start time, submission time, and time taken). OnRoadCost's decision in selecting the winner is final and binding on all participants, and no correspondence, claim, or dispute regarding the selection will be entertained.
• Prize is tyres only — no cash: The prize is a set of tyres of value up to ₹52,000 (exact model/value may vary and is decided by OnRoadCost). The prize cannot be encashed, exchanged, or converted to cash under any circumstances. No cash alternative will be provided in lieu of the tyres.
• Minimum 10,000 participants: This contest is subject to a minimum of 10,000 participants. If fewer than 10,000 people participate, OnRoadCost reserves the right to withdraw/cancel the contest, and no prize will be awarded. The subscription itself continues as a normal ₹1,500/year Annual Package; only the contest/prize component stands cancelled.
• Jurisdiction: All disputes relating to this offer or contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Meerut, Uttar Pradesh only.
• ⚠️ Fraud warning & no liability for impersonation: The only official page for this offer is https://onroadcost.com/diwali-offer and the only official payment is the ₹10 charged through our verified Razorpay checkout on this website. OnRoadCost / Josh Riders will never ask you to pay any "claim fee", "delivery charge", "processing fee", tax, or deposit to receive the prize, and will never ask for your OTP, card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or bank password. We do not operate the offer through any other website, app, phone number, WhatsApp/Telegram group, or agent. If anyone contacts you claiming to represent this offer and asks for money or credentials, it is a scam — do not pay. OnRoadCost is not responsible or liable for any loss, payment, or damage suffered by any person who deals with fake websites, cloned/look-alike pages, fraudulent messages, fake "you won" calls, or any third party impersonating OnRoadCost. Verify everything only on onroadcost.com and report suspicious activity to info@onroadcost.com.

8. Vehicle Data & Trip History

• Vehicle Slot: One payment unlocks one vehicle slot. Each vehicle you add requires a separate payment (first vehicle is free).
• No Deletion: Once a vehicle is added, it cannot be deleted. You may only edit vehicle details (brand, model, mileage, GVW, registration).
• Trip History: Saved trips (origin, destination, freight, costs, profit) can be viewed and edited by paid users only.

9. Intellectual Property

Vehicle images used on this site are property of their respective manufacturers and are used for informational purposes with attribution. All other content, design, and tools are owned by OnRoadCost.

10. Prohibited Use

• Scraping or automated data extraction from our site.
• Using our tools for fraudulent purposes.
• Impersonating OnRoadCost or its services.
• Uploading malicious content through any form on the site.

11. Limitation of Liability

OnRoadCost provides information "as-is" without warranties. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of our website, tools, or information.

12. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Analytics — for traffic analysis
• Google AdSense — for advertisements
• Firebase — for authentication, database, and hosting
• Razorpay — for subscription payment processing and auto-renewal

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes (including any dispute relating to the Diwali Offer or contest) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India only.
