This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid services and subscriptions offered on OnRoadCost (https://onroadcost.com), operated by Josh Riders.
1. Subscription Plans
OnRoadCost offers a premium subscription plan at ₹150 per month that provides access to advanced tools, priority support, unlimited trip calculations, quotation downloads, and other premium features.
2. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile/account page.
- Upon cancellation, your premium access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
- After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the free tier.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
3. Refund Policy
All payments made on OnRoadCost are non-refundable. Once a payment is successfully processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Subscription payments: Non-refundable. Premium access is granted immediately upon payment, and the digital service is considered delivered at the time of activation.
- One-time service fees: Non-refundable once the service has been initiated or delivered (e.g., guarantor matching, loan assistance).
- Accidental payments: If you believe a payment was made in error or without your authorization, please contact us within 24 hours. We will investigate on a case-by-case basis, but are not obligated to issue refunds.
Important: By making a payment on OnRoadCost, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and non-refundable. Please ensure you understand the service before purchasing.
4. Why No Refunds?
OnRoadCost provides digital services and tools that are accessible immediately upon payment. Since the service is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," refunds are not applicable. This is standard practice for digital subscription services.
